# LinkedIn Job Apply Kit (Braden)

## Goal
Generate and process **5 high-fit applications/day** for:
- Plant Manager
- Director of Operations
- Plant Director
- General Manager
- Director of Supply Chain

Constraints:
- Within **30 miles of Placentia, CA**
- Target compensation **$140,000+**
- Include LinkedIn + external ATS

## Files
- `tracker.csv` — master application tracker
- `daily-checklist.md` — daily operating checklist
- `scoring-rubric.md` — fit scoring model
- `templates/short-answers.md` — reusable short-answer blocks

## Usage
1. Add newly discovered jobs to `tracker.csv`.
2. Score each job with `scoring-rubric.md`.
3. Prioritize score >= 70.
4. Route resume variant by title family:
   - Track A: Plant/Facilities-heavy (Plant Manager, Plant Director)
   - Track B: Ops leadership (Director of Operations, General Manager)
   - Track C: Supply chain/logistics (Director of Supply Chain)
5. Submit 5/day and log outcome.
