# Channel Routing Policy

## Scope
Applies to Telegram replies, reminders, and proactive sends.

## Canonical rule (effective 2026-03-02)
- Use only the **current Telegram DM thread** with Braden.
- Do **not** route messages to any legacy/original Gizmo thread.

## Pre-send verification checklist
Before any proactive send/reminder:
1. Confirm target is current Telegram DM thread.
2. Confirm no fallback/legacy thread id is referenced.
3. If uncertain, ask Braden before sending.

## Violation handling
- If a routing miss is detected, log it immediately in `knowledge/rules/corrections-log.md` and `memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md`.
- Add/refresh this rule in `MEMORY.md`.
