- Reviewed the memory audit report.
- Audit found: stale dashboard data, a stuck pending promotion, stale active-thread state, missing MEMORY.md curation, session memory gaps, and an undefined session-count baseline. All five items fixed.
- Updated HEARTBEAT.md with a new End-of-Session Self-Check section.
- Need to ensure future sessions write at least one entry to today's memory file, flag long-term items for MEMORY.md, and keep active-thread.md current.
