- LinkedIn Job Search Phase 3 execution automation built and dry-run validated. Added `linkedin_send_runner.py` and `followup_monitor.py`, extended the live pipeline schema with `Braden Approval`, `Last Action Date`, and `Follow-Up Due`, and updated HEARTBEAT.md plus MANIFEST.md.
- Corrected the canonical resume source DOCX for Reconserve of California from `200+ employees` to `40+ employees`. Post-fix SHA-256: `af70ca09f7ab23fa747016f0bea243797d4c16219d1ee355d138a91ab4585c0d`.
- Dry-run results: 0 send-eligible records and 0 follow-up-eligible records at validation time. DP World remains `Draft Ready` with approval unchecked; CyberCoders is `Outreach Sent` but missing follow-up dates, so it does not enter the due-follow-up lane yet.
