- 2026-06-28 10:25 PDT: Weekly sermon capture failure triaged and fixed. Root cause was a shared-profile browser conflict: `~/.openclaw/workflows/sermon-automation.lobster` `fetch_home_page` launched a second Chrome process against `/Users/openclaw/.openclaw/browser/openclaw/user-data` while the OpenClaw-managed browser already held that profile on CDP port `18800`, causing `SingletonLock` / `ProcessSingleton` aborts. Patched the workflow to reuse the existing OpenClaw Chrome via CDP, open a temporary tab, wait for render, dump `document.documentElement.outerHTML`, and close the tab instead of launching another Chrome. Verified with `lobster run --file /Users/openclaw/.openclaw/workflows/sermon-automation.lobster --args-json '{"execution_date":"2026-06-28","NOTION_BIBLE_DB_ID":"1e1b912f-0a6b-4a4a-8011-c7bdbe2c992a"}'`, which completed `status: success`, fetched all three resources, and created Notion page `Sermon @Now - 2026-06-28` at `https://app.notion.com/p/38df8b3ef83d815d91ded9d6b06ccc20`. Logged the update in Notion task page `Pause for now: Automate Sermon template processing workflow (Notion) — resume`.
- 2026-06-28 11:43 PDT heartbeat: gateway runtime is healthy, connectivity probe is ok, and `openclaw sessions` reports 10. Daytime LinkedIn ingest processed 6 unseen messages into Notion and marked them seen; 5 were LinkedIn alerts and 1 was a non-LinkedIn recruiter message. LinkedIn outbound dry-run found 1 blocked plan at `Pending Approval` with the Braden approval gate unchecked. Follow-up monitor found no due items.
- 2026-06-28 15:43 PDT heartbeat: gateway runtime is healthy, connectivity probe is ok, and `openclaw sessions` reports 10. Afternoon LinkedIn ingest processed 2 additional unseen messages into Notion and marked them seen; both were LinkedIn alerts. Dry-run and follow-up monitor were not rerun because they already completed earlier today and nothing indicated a new approval/follow-up state.
- 2026-06-28 23:43 PDT heartbeat: gateway runtime is healthy, connectivity probe is ok, and `openclaw sessions` reports 10. Quiet-hours suppression kept the daytime-only LinkedIn checks paused, and there was no new actionable state to surface.
