## Pass 1 — Collect (20 min)
- [ ] Open saved LinkedIn searches for target titles
- [ ] Filter to recent postings (24-72h preferred)
- [ ] Add new jobs to `tracker.csv` with URL + company + location + posted date
- [ ] Mark source (`linkedin` or `external_ats`)

## Pass 2 — Score + Route (20 min)
- [ ] Score each new job with rubric
- [ ] Mark `priority` by score (high/backlog/skip)
- [ ] Assign `resume_track`:
  - [ ] Track A (Plant/Facilities)
  - [ ] Track B (Ops Leadership)
  - [ ] Track C (Supply Chain/Logistics)

## Pass 3 — Apply (20-40 min)
- [ ] Process top 5 jobs by score and recency
- [ ] Validate resume variant before submit
- [ ] Human-review all prefilled answers
- [ ] Submit and capture confirmation

## Pass 4 — Log + Follow-up (5 min)
- [ ] Update status (submitted/rejected/incomplete)
- [ ] Add follow-up date (+7 days)
- [ ] Add notes on blockers/questions

## Weekly Review (Friday)
- [ ] Response rate by title
- [ ] Response rate by resume track
- [ ] Time to submit
- [ ] Tighten/expand filters based on outcomes
