If you're red, you're paying less. Ohio is second tier red. They're not as cheap as Texas and Louisiana. Dark blue is California, Maine, all of New England. Lighter blue is Michigan, very light blue is Illinois and Pennsylvania. All, the blues states are actually bluer if they had a fan through the nose because they have energy, adverse policies. Uh puts some money into help keep some coal plants to upgrade them to make them cleaner to to keep them to keep them going. But we it's because we have right embraced in Ohio and all of these other strategies we want coal, we want gas fire, we want nuclear, we want wind, we want solar whatever you wanna build you need it all, Blue state said, no, we don't want any fossil fuels. We just want to do this with the wind. And solar, and they're paying the consequences for it. They wouldn't allow pipelines to be built, which means that you can't get natural gas, which is the cheapest way to heat in winter. Uh it is their their regulations are costing their citizens through the nose. Uh, and it's also making states terrible places to to build factories. You want to do more made in america, guess what it takes to do more made in america. It takes low cost energy, it requires electricity. You wanna, you wanna make steel, you wanna make aluminum, you know how much electricity that requires. You wanna make cars takes electricity. And so if you drive up the prices, you drive up the cost of making all of these things.

AI data centers as well. I know Columbus is a booming area for AI data centers, but are using natural gas or they co-gen? What are they doing to power those things? Yeah, a lot of them. I mean, We really pushed in Ohio at least we did before before I left. Lieutenant Governor's office is to have these companies build their own generation so that they're not taking it from the average citizen. We don't want to drive up prices for the average citizen. So anytime somebody wants to build a data center, that's up to the local community, But we were suggesting to them that they need to make sure that they're building their own supply. And, what we have happening in Ohio now is some of these data centers. Uh Meta's going to do this. They're going to build uh down in Pike County Ohio, low income southern Appalachian county They're going gonna build sixteen small scale nuclear reactors. Two of them are going be purchased all the power by Meta. And and that's going to add hundreds of jobs in construction and operations. And that's Ohio, why not? But yeah, I was just just talked to the mayor of Warren a couple weeks ago. We're helping with the redevelopment project there. But look, you know Hugh, that's one of the areas in the Youngstown area, one of the hardest. They have a lot of new investments happening there. They're, they're trying to do a revitalization project in their downtown area with peninsula area to build new housing. I mean think about this brand new housing developments and mixed use development in Warren Ohio, new investment uh you know it's a place that's got a future once again.
